At Greens Terrarium, we are passionate about plants/terrarium and want you to enjoy them as much as we do. We aim to deliver plants that closely match the images shown on our website. However, as plants are living items, slight natural variations in size, shape, and color may occur. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure the best quality possible.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or reject it at the time of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the plant has been repotted or the original packaging is missing, we will not be able to process a refund.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. A pickup fee will apply depending on the location:

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman – AED 15
Abu Dhabi – AED 25
Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain – AED 25
Hatta, Dibba, Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Al Ain – AED 40

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible or may be treated as a return with applicable charges.

Exceptions
Custom-made items and special orders are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Time-Sensitive Returns
If you accept the delivery, any request for return or exchange must be made within 24 hours. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, including environmental factors, pests, or plant care conditions after delivery. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
